CargoBox Rental Agreement

Equipment Provided

CargoBox provides reusable moving crates, dollies, and related accessories as agreed at the time of booking.

Customer Responsibilities

Use the equipment safely, keep it secure, return it in good condition, and ensure all crates are empty and accessible at pickup.

Rental Period

Standard rental period is 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Late Fees

Crates: $2 per crate per day. Dollies: $10 per dolly per day.

Lost or Damaged Equipment

Crates: $35 each. Dollies: $85 each. Accessories: $5 each.

Delivery & Pickup

A $25 trip fee may apply if equipment is unavailable during the scheduled pickup window.

Liability

CargoBox is not responsible for damage to personal property, improper packing, misuse of equipment, or delays beyond its control.

Payment

Payment is due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Authorization

By typing your full name as your signature below, you agree to the terms of this CargoBox Rental Agreement and confirm the information provided is accurate.

These terms apply to every CargoBox rental. When you sign a rental agreement at checkout, the version active on that date is the one that governs your rental.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book CargoBox crates?

Pick a package on the homepage, choose your delivery date at checkout, and we'll confirm by email. Most bookings take under five minutes.

When do you deliver and pick up?

We deliver on your selected start date and return for pickup at the end of your 14-day rental period (or another date you arrange with us).

What if I need the crates longer than 14 days?

Just let us know before your scheduled pickup. Extensions are billed at $2 per crate per day and $10 per dolly per day.

What happens if a crate is damaged or lost?

Replacement is $35 per crate, $85 per dolly, and $5 per accessory. We'll only bill for items that are genuinely missing or unusable.

Do you offer refunds?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before delivery are fully refundable. Reach out to support and we'll take care of it.

How do I prep the crates for pickup?

Empty all crates, stack them where the driver can reach them, and make sure dollies and accessories are included. That's it.
